As we all look forward to a new year, we can also look forward to the new January-June Mini Catalog! The new mini catalog and Sale-a-Bration begin January 4, 2022. As we count down the days until the new catalog goes live, I would like to share with you a few of my favorite things from the new mini.
One of the perks of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, is having the opportunity to purchase upcoming product before it is available to the public. This gives us time to play, make samples and learn about all of the new products before we share them with you!
My first 'favorite' stamp set is called Sentimental Swirls. This set was inspired by a Million Dollar Sales Achiever...another perk of being a Demonstrator...when you reach one million dollars in sales, you get to work with the Concept Artists at Stampin' Up! and help design a stamp set. How fun that would be!
I love everything about this set; the swirls, the little leaves, that bird, perfectly simple sentiments, and the cute flowers. The flowers and small leaves are designed to work with the existing Strawberry Builder Punch and Flowers & Leaves Punch found in the annual catalog. I love it when I have multiple uses for my punches!
I've kept my cards fairly simple, because I didn't want to take away from the cuteness of this set. I used just stamps, ink, paper, a punch, and the 2021-2023 In-Color Jewels.
If you could design your own stamp set, what would your set look like? I love the DistInktive style stamps, so that's what mine would be, and something with lots of images that you could use to create a beautiful collage.
