Feeling Sentimental

I thought this would be an appropriate project for today, since we're celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Stampin' Up! This is the card I made to swap with other Demonstrators at Leadership. The stamp is from the Sale-a-Bration set, Feeling Sentimental. I love this set, and knew immediately when I saw it, that I had to have it!

Sale-a-Bration is just around the corner! You all know what that means don't you? It's the biggest celebration time of the year! Starting January 22 through March 22, when you purchase $50 in Stampin' Up! merchandise, before shipping and tax, you get to choose a Free Sale-a-Bration item. This year there are even more items to choose from. Notice the banner on this card? It's from the Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper, another adorable Sale-a-Bration item to choose from.

Another one of my favorite elements of this card is the new Honeycomb Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. These are so much fun, and an easy way to add beautiful texture to your card or scrapbook pages.

I do have another announcement. Have you enjoyed the Single Stamp Program? Well, there's more! Two more assortments have been added. These are available in Clear Mount only and are available through March 31.

Wow ~ three posts in three days! Well, I have to tell you that I was truly inspired when I attended a class at Leadership 2013 called Ramping up Your Social Media Presence with Andrea Withers. I have been very lax with my blog lately, but I've set a goal for myself to get back at it. For you, and for me!

So, stay tuned for more projects, and more fun announcements from Stampin' Up!
Thanks for hanging in there with me. I really appreciate your support. I love it when you leave me comments too. I do read them all!

    Stampin' Up! Leadership Announcements

Oh my, I've just returned from Orlando where I attended Leadership. Each time I attend a Stampin' Up! event, I rediscover why I do what I do. Being the 25th Anniversary, this Leadership was amazing. There was a lot of reminiscing from people who have been with the company from the beginning. There were laughs shared, tears shed, very heartfelt speeches given, and thunderous cheers when Prize Patrols included everyone ~ and there were several of those! This is a company that I truly believe cares about each and every one of the Demonstrators that represent them. I definitely had my cup filled these past couple of days.

There is so much to share, I'm not even sure where to begin. One of the first things I'd like to introduce, is a new Stamping Kit, called "Dude, You're Welcome". The presentation at Leadership was hilarious. The Stampin' Up! staff has such a wonderful sense of humor. This is a set geared toward men, although it's not just for men!

The kit contains 4 Wood Mount stamps ~ because wood is more manly ~ double-mounted with the perfect sentiment for any occasion. Twelve 4x6 postcards in four different manly colors, twelve grey envelopes, a Basic Grey Classic Stampin' Pad, and an instructional guide.

Click on the picture to see the kit and a video demonstration using it.

Check back tomorrow for another fun and exciting announcement. Thanks for stopping by ~
