Page Kit #2

We had our monthly crop again yesterday. It's hard to believe a month has passed already! We had 10 ladies. It was great to see everyone, and the projects they were all working on. As usual, the food was wonderful too. I was much better prepared this time. I actually got a couple of projects done. They are really prototypes for class ideas. I need to do a little tweeking before I post them here.

I do have Page Kit #2 completed and ready to take orders. My page kits are $10.00 for the 2-page layout, and include a color copy of the layout, a list of supplies & tools used, instructions, pre-cut materials, all embellishments as shown, and tips & tricks. Please contact me directly if you are interested in purchasing these kits.

Just a reminder, that during the Get Connected campaign, you can earn a FREE stamp from the "Under $10.00" page (page 208) in the Spring/Summer 2009 Idea Book & Catalog when you purchase $40.00 from the Occasions Mini Catalog, or Host a workshop totalling $150.00 or more. Check out the Promotions Page on my website. Don't forget, you can order 24/7 at your convenience while you're there.

Thanks for stopping by today. Check back tomorrow for Page Kit #3.

Easter Fun

I hope you all enjoyed your Easter weekend and were able to spend some time with friends and family. We had a very nice day at my in-laws. Our Easter Egg Hunt was extremely small this year. There were only 3 little ones participating. You would have thought there were least a dozen kids with the amount of candy that was hidden. It was fun watching my great nephew experience his first egg hunt. He is just 15 months old, and it was so cute seeing him toddling around finding his treasures. This is a picture of Conrad with one of his eggs.

This is Makayla and Savanah getting ready for the hunt. They had to stop and pose for their picture.

Thanks for stopping by today!

No Time To Play

I had to work this morning, and I'm working again tomorrow. I'm participating in the Race For The Cure on Saturday morning, and may have to work in the afternoon. At some point, I have to make a desert for Easter at my In-laws, and put together Easter baskets for Lily and Makayla. As much as I want to be working on my page kits, and cards I have some really fun ideas for, I don't think I'm going to be able to squeeze in any time to play. I do have a couple of days next week that, as of right now, I'm hoping to be able to spend hidden away in my craft room. Check back for Page Kits #2 & #3 sometime next week.

Just in case I don't have a chance to post tomorrow ~ Everyone have a Joyous Easter!

Page Kit #1

Here is Page Kit #1. Notice there is no title. I want you to be able to use any pictures from any occasion that you may already have, or that you may soon take. I did date my page. Your kit will include a number 8 and a 9, just in case you have pictures from last year that will work for this page. The numbers are not Stampin' Up!, they are Quickutz. Believe it or not, I didn't have any SU numbers in the size I needed. The rest of the project was completed using SU product. There are times, when I use other things. I will always let you know when that happens. With your kit, you will also receive a list of supplies and colors used, for future reference.

I am working on figuring out how to use PayPal for online ordering, but right now, you can contact me via email or through my blog if you are interested in ordering.

Watch my blog for my Kit of the Month hopefully coming soon too!

Thanks for visiting today.

First Page Kit Available!

Well, available to order...

I have finally had some time to work on a project that I have been thinking about for quite some time. I have been working on designing 3 double-page layouts. Two are still in the works, but one is completed and ready to go. I have to wait till it gets a bit lighter outside so I can take the photo and post it, but I was so excited, I couldn't wait to share the news. I have Jazzercise this morning, and then I will post a picture ~ and then hopefully be swamped with orders ;D

I know some of you have been waiting for this day...so tell all of your scrappin' friends! My page kits will be double-page layouts containing primarily Stampin' Up! products, pre-cut cardstock & patterned papers, embellishments, and color copies with instructions if needed, and hints or tips for easy assembly. The cost for each double-page layout is only $10.00!

For those of you planning on attending our local monthly crops, I will have samples on display. You can place your orders at the crop, and I will deliver those orders at the following crop.

Check back later today for pictures of the layout.

Dotted Swiss

Today's card uses the Big Shot and the Texturz Plates. The Texturz Plates are used to create subtle patterns and designs to give your projects the perfect background. This is the Dotted Swiss background, that comes with the set Backgrounds 1. Each set contains 3 double-sided plates, giving you 6 different backgrounds. You also need the Multipurpose Platform, that comes with your Big Shot, an Impressions Pad, and Silicone Rubber each sold separately. These items are all listed in the big catalog starting on page 193.

The stamp set used is from the Occasions Mini, Oval All, and coordinates with the new Scallop Oval Punch, also in the mini. Look how nicely it layers on the Wide Oval Punch! You can also use the Small Oval Punch and layer it inside the new Scallop Oval Punch.

Remember, with every $40 you spend in Occasions Mini merchandise, you can choose an item from the "Under $10" page for FREE! That means if you spend $80 on merchandise from the Occasions Mini~ you get 2 items FREE! and so on and so on...Contact me if you have any questions.
Thanks for checking in and have a wonderful weekend!

Trendy Trees

Here's another card I made at the crop. Remember, I had limited supplies with me, but I think this one turned out pretty cute. This is the very cute Trendy Trees Stamp Set, that can be found in the big catalog, and the adorable little deer from the new set Forest Friends, that can be found in the Occasions Mini. This set reminds me of the original Bambi movie.

The selling period has officially started for the mini. There are so many great new products available, I don't even know where to begin! There are Easter sets, Spring sets, Summer sets, the, Eight Great Greetings set is fantastic for several occasions, Colorful Rub Ons, New Colors of Corduroy Buttons, a New Scallop Oval Punch & Stamp Set to match, Spring Designer Series Papers, Plain & Printed Window Sheets, Ribbon, New Designer Hardware, and wait until you see the New Matchbox Die & Coordinating Stamp Set for the Big Shot!

Stampin' Up! is running a new promotion along with the Occasions Mini. With every $40.00 you spend on products from the Occasions Mini, you can choose an item from the "Under $10" page in the 2009 Spring/Summer Idea Book & Catalog for FREE. Page 208 in the catalog. Or, host a $150 workshop, and choose an item from the "Under $10" page for FREE. You can order online, or you can contact me. Also, if you don't have a copy of the mini, you can click on the picture on my side bar, and download it, or contact me, and I would be happy to send one to you.

One other reminder, if you have been thinking about joining my team, SU has extended the 3 Easy Payment Plan through the end of April. You can join now with a partial initial payment, get your business going, and make the remainder of your payments over the subsequent two months. Contact me for more information.

As always, thanks for stopping by!
