Framelits Fun Storage Solution

I am loving the new Framelits Dies. They are great for cutting and layering both cardstock and Designer Series Paper. I also love that they come in their own little folder, to keep them all together, and it's labeled! I do have another little trick or technique, to share with you that you may want to try to make storing your folders even more fun!

This is how they come. All together, with a sticky strip of adhesive in the center to hold them on a light-weight piece of chipboard.

I took the Framelits off, and added a piece of Magnet Sheet, approximately 2" wide. You don't need to cover the entire piece of chipboard. If you haven't seen these, they are sold on page 216 in the catalog and can be cut with the Big Shot. More fun projects just waiting to be created!

Now, this is the fun part! I had a lot of extra Beau Chateau Designers Series Paper from another project, and it's one of my favorites, so I covered the entire piece of chipboard with DSP. Now you can put your Framelits back on the chipboard. No adhesive necessary, they just stick to the magnet, so they won't fall off when you slip them back into their folder!

Stampin' Up! has stated that they will be coming out with more Framelits, Edgelits and hopefully more of the Textured Impressions Embossing Folders like the Adorning Accents. Another nice thing about the folders is that you can store your smaller sized embossing folders in the coordinating Edgelit Folder! I love organization, and I love it even more when it's all done for me! These handy folders store perfectly in the Medium Big Shot Die Storage Box.

I hope you enjoyed today's little tip. And don't forget, Sale-a-Bration is just a couple of days away!

Thanks for stopping by ~
