Today's project is not an actual Valentine card, but it's red, so we'll go with it! For this card I used the new Vibrant Vases stamp set in the Occasions Catalog, and the coordinating Vase Builder Punch found in the Annual Catalog.
The Designer Series Paper is from the 6x6 Paper Pack; Classic Garage. This pack of paper is double-sided, and coordinates with the Geared Up Garage stamp set. It has tools, gears, signs etc., on one side, but great bold colors on the other! Perfect for my pretty, delicate vase of flowers.
I used the new Rectangle Stitched Framelit Dies, also found in the Occasions Catalog to create the frame. Added dimensionals around the frame, the vase and flowers to add some depth to the card. The vase was punched out with the Vase Builder Punch, and I fussy cut the flowers.
This could easily be used for Valentine's Day by adding a loving sentiment. I'll add my sentiment when I decide who I'm going to send it to. Leave me a comment below ~ I just might send it to you!
