Two More Halloween Projects

Here are two more projects that we did last Friday night. Aren't they adorable? The cone is filled with Hershey Kisses. This would make a really fun party favor. It is made with cardstock, with a swirly image randomly stamped all over. The little bat for the tag is from the Batty for You set. The Lantern was made with Designer Series Paper Ghostly Greetings. I think the cutest part of this, that you can't see here, is that there is a battery operated "flickering" tea light inside. When it's dark, it looks like there is a real candle burning inside the lantern. How cute would these be as centerpieces at a Halloween Party or late October Birthday Party.

Well, yesterday was my first day of Orientation at Pier 1. I knew that I would be training with another person that they had just hired as well, and when I walked in to the office to fill out paper work, I knew the other new hire! Her name is Brittany, and she used to work at Memoirs. We watched the training videos, and walked the store to learn where all of the product is. I already have a list of things I would love to use to decorate my new family room. I go back later today to start training on the cash register.

I hope you all have a wonderful week!
