Wow Flowers

Sorry I missed you yesterday. I had Jazzercise in the morning, and worked in the afternoon. I'm wondering how I used to get everything done when I was working full time. I guess it will just take some time adjusting to working again, even though it is just part time. I do have a card to share with you today. This is the Wow Flowers set, and some scrumptious fall colors!

The cardstock colors are Chocolate Chip, Kiwi Kiss, and Tangerine Tango. I used the same colors of ink except I used Close to Cocoa instead of the Chocolate Chip. It is a softer brown, the Chocolate Chip was a bit too bold. I did use Chocolate Chip for the Birthday Wishes stamp, so it would show up on the Tangerine Tango cardstock. The ribbon is the Old Olive 5/8" Grosgrain, and the Rhinestone brad is from the Circle Ice Assortment. I used Stampin' Dimensionals on the white circle to pop it up and give just a little more dimension. I used the Scallop Circle and Scallop Edge Punch, and hand punched the 1/16" circles in each scallop. You can also use your paper piercer to achieve this look.

Had to share this picture too! Makayla had spent the night the other night, and while she (and Jake) were eating their breakfast, she leaned over and said, "Nana, this would be a really cute picture." I couldn't resist. My camera just happened to be right there, so I grabbed it, and she was right...pretty cute huh?

Thanks for checking in and have a nice day!
