Over 500 Hits

I just started my blog toward the end of this past June, and I have received over 500 hits! It may not seem like much to some people who have thousands, but I am just thrilled to see that people are visiting. I hope you're enjoying the projects and information that I'm sharing.

My card today is the Birthday card I designed to give to Makayla for her Birthday coming up in just a couple of weeks. She is going to be 5. Wow, talk about time flying!

The large background flower print is from DSP Haiku. The smaller background I stamped the flowers in Tangerine Tango & Kiwi Kiss on Very Vanilla. The number 5 is from the Sticky Cuts Letters & Numbers. These are double-sided adhesive and work great for adding the Duo Beads, or Stampin' Glitter as I did here. This is the green glitter from the Fine Cosmo Assortment. I stamped & punched the Happy Birthday circle from Think Happy Thoughts, added a brad in the center of the flower, mounted it to a Scallop Circle, and popped it up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I have a fairly busy day today. Jazzercise this morning, a couple of errands to run after that, then home for a while. I will be pulling out more things for my Garage Sale. Then, I'm closing tonight at work. Hopefully the UPS man will come before I have to go to work...I'm expecting a shipment of some fun new things, and some of the product to start getting ready for our Stamp-a-Stack on October 5.

If you want to get a head start on your holiday cards, you should join us for this workshop on October 5 from 1-4. For $25.00 you will complete 20 Holiday Cards & Matching Envelopes, and make 12 Christmas Tags. We may even sneak in a bonus project. We get so excited when preparing for these events, we just can't stop!

Have a Great day, and Thanks for checking in!
